1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Farmaze platform and fresh produce supply services operated by Freshcon Agritech Pvt. Ltd. ("Farmaze", "we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Farmaze provides:

  • B2B fresh produce supply (fruits and vegetables) with daily delivery
  • AI-powered ordering via web portal and WhatsApp
  • Demand forecasting and consumption analytics
  • Business insights and waste intelligence

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register a business account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Orders and Delivery

  • Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are processed for next-day delivery.
  • Prices are based on prevailing market rates and may vary daily.
  • We make every effort to deliver the exact quantities ordered. Minor weight variations (up to 5%) are standard for fresh produce.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or supply conditions.

5. Quality and Returns

We quality-check all produce at sourcing, warehousing, and dispatch. If you receive items that do not meet quality standards — damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items — report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a credit note or redelivery at our discretion.

6. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are generated per delivery or on a weekly/monthly basis as agreed.
  • Payment terms are as specified in your service agreement (typically 7-15 days).
  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

7. AI Features

Our AI-powered features (demand forecasting, order suggestions, consumption analytics) are provided as decision-support tools. AI predictions are based on historical data and may not always be accurate. Final ordering decisions remain with the client.

8. Intellectual Property

The Farmaze platform, including its software, AI models, design, and content, is owned by Freshcon Agritech Pvt. Ltd. Your order data remains your property; we use it solely to provide and improve services as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Farmaze shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 3 months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. We may suspend services immediately for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
